Ben Goldenhersh is the third generation of attorneys at Goldenhersh & Goldenhersh P.C. Ben’s grandfather Marvin Goldenhersh and his brother Judge Joseph Goldenhersh opened Goldenhersh & Goldenhersh P.C. in 1943. Ben’s father Del Goldenhersh and many other family members have also practiced law at Goldenhersh & Goldenhersh P.C. Two of the Goldenhersh attorneys from this firm became judges including Judge Joseph Goldenhersh who served on the Illinois Supreme Court and Judge Richard Goldenhersh who served on the Illinois Fifth District Appellate Court.
